Barossa Village has over 160 existing retirement village units and any one of these units may become available to sell as an existing turnover unit.

Our units are one, two or three bedroom homes.  We have units in Angaston, Nuriootpa and Tanunda and prices start from about $80 000.00. The price of each unit depends on its size, age and location. A small weekly fee is also charged to cover day to day outgoings and operational costs of running the village, including all council rates, water rates, building insurance and maintenance on your unit. As with all of our units, turnover units are based on a license to occupy.

Our Retirement Village is also unique as we have chosen to build our units in clusters all over the Barossa, rather than in one large location. This gives our residents a sense of community as they do not feel segregated from everyone else.

We also have Lifestyle programs and Café Lunches that our residents can attend. For these activities a bus service will pick you up from your unit.
This also includes a Shopping Bus every Wednesday for our Residents to reach the shops.

Since we have such a large amount of Turnover Units, the style and size of each group of units will vary.

Therefore it is hard to supply you with individual information about them all. The best thing for you to do is to fill in the application form. This way when a unit becomes available, you will be contacted to see if the unit interests you. If the unit does not suit you, there is no obligation for you to take the unit.

Once you are interested in a unit, you will just need $1000 refundable deposit to secure the unit.
