Community Aged Care Package (CACPS)

Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) are individually planned and coordinated packages of care tailored to help older Australians remain living in their own homes. They help with the day to day living such as House Keeping, Transport and Home Maintenance. For more information please click here.

Veterans Home Care Package

Veterans' Home Care is a Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) program designed to assist those veterans and war widows or widowers who wish to continue living at home, but who need a small amount of practical help. For more information please click here

Barossa Home Care (BHC)

Barossa Home Care Packages are self funded Home Care Packages that are individually tailored to help older people remain living in their own homes. Barossa Home Care also incorporates our Meal delivery service and an Emergency call alert service. For more information please click here

	Barossa Community Home Care has a comprehensive range of services provided by our care workers which enables you to stay in your home for as long as possible.
